About this one
Decaffeinated in Colombia with sugarcane ethanol rather than a solvent, which takes the caffeine out and leaves most of the sweetness in. Red fruit, a little cane sugar, and it still tastes like coffee rather than like the absence of one.
Roasted for filter and for espresso alike: it takes both, which is uncommon in a decaf and is the reason we only stock this one.
It is not caffeine free. The process removes about 99 percent, so a cup carries a few milligrams, and a doctor who says none means none.
